Welcome to HUADEDE (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing products, or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.

1) Scope of Services

We design, manufacture, and/or sell outdoor lighting products (including but not limited to emergency lights, camping lights, solar/saltwater-powered lights). Some items may be made-to-order or customized for OEM/ODM projects.

2) Account & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3) Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse any order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or regulatory reasons.
• For customized/OEM orders, written confirmation (email/PO/contract) and a deposit may be required before production.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Payments

• Prices are shown in [[Currency]] unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
• Applicable taxes, import duties, and transaction fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise.
• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout or stated in the quotation/contract.

5) Production & Lead Time

Lead times vary by order size, fabric/material availability, and customization requirements. Estimated timelines will be provided but may be subject to change due to raw material delays, holidays, or external factors.

6) Quality & Tolerance

• Size tolerance: ±2–3 cm is considered acceptable within industry standards.
• Color variance: Minor shade differences due to dye lots are acceptable.
• We perform strict QC inspections, but final approval rests with the buyer before shipment.

7) Warranty

Unless stated otherwise, products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for [[12/24]] months from delivery. The warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

8) Product Information & Tolerances

• We strive for accuracy in specs, images, and descriptions; minor variations (e.g., brightness tolerance, housing color shade) may occur.
• For OEM/ODM: electrical parameters, lumen output, IP ratings, and materials follow the signed specification sheet. Reasonable manufacturing tolerances apply.

9) Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, graphics, trademarks) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Client-provided logos/designs remain the client’s property; we will not disclose or reproduce them beyond the agreed project scope.

10) Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any technical, pricing, or business information shared during cooperation, unless disclosure is required by law.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our products/services.

13) Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

14) Compliance & Export Control

Products may be subject to local regulations, certifications, or export controls. You are responsible for compliance within your jurisdiction, including safe installation and lawful use.

15) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, wars, or transportation disruptions.

16) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of China. Disputes shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; failing which, they shall be submitted to arbitration or the competent courts in China.

17) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
